INTRODUCTION: 

 Hello!   My name is---Billy Rogers.  I am a singer of songs.    I was gifted to sing and song-write.    I have performed since I was 17 in bands.   To be right upfront; most my youth, I was living the Rock & Roll life style rather than perfecting my musical abilities.  My  musical gifts came too naturally for a person like me.   So I would get lazy with my artistry and rest on my laurels.   Sex, drugs and Rock & Roll was indeed my mantra.   This life style led to missed opportunities, addictions, heart-ache and health issues.   Yet, I survived unlike so many other musicians that we can recall did not survive (Elvis, Whitney Houston, John Bonham, Jimi Hendrix, Keith Moon, Amy Winehouse, Bon Scott,  Micheal Jackson, Prince etc., etc., etc.). 

But for the grace of God go I.

I have shared my survivor story with anyone who will listen about my fighting back from alcohol addiction, the drugs and lifelong bouts of  depression.   Especially, I love to share that there is a good and healthy life (not smoother or softer) after the personal hardships and emotional suffering.    Praise the Lord---and pass the ammunition. 

In my most recent 2021 / 2022 life journey, alongside being a devoted; although imperfect, Husband and Father, I found the real burning need to get back to my gift of song.   With a new wife (2010 Marriage) and subsequent children (2) my focus was very much else where since 2010. 🙂   I met my wife while singing and speaking on a Prison Ministry Event (e.g. Bill Glass).   Singing is vastly who I am at my very core.   Music has been a beautiful outlet and refuge in all the stages of my life.  Singing has always been my passion.  I cannot escape my absolute need to sing  for me to be fulfilled, centered and at peace.   

But my gift of singing, in order to be a complete gift, must be given to others; to hopefully, embrace and experience. 

This Website (Song Streaming) and other Online Channels (e.g. YouTube, Rumble) will be an online outlet and virtual stage for my most recent 2022 / 2023, 2024...musical productions for which I will be singing the exclusively produced Cover Songs and---will offer some Originals along the way.
